La Belle Maison – клубный дом премиум класса
At the end of the 18th century, Polyanka stretched from the Small Stone Bridge to Staromonetny Lane, beyond which lay flood meadows — the origin of its current name. In the 19th century, the appearance of Malaya Polyanka running parallel added status, resulting in the name Bolshaya (“Greater”) Polyanka.
Over time, people changed, transport evolved, the city’s pace accelerated — yet the charm and distinctiveness of this street remained untouched. Today, Bolshaya Polyanka, spanning 1,125 meters, blends historic mansions with modern buildings, heritage landmarks with elements of contemporary infrastructure.
Its most unique feature? In two centuries of development, the number of residential buildings has never exceeded twenty. This makes real estate on Bolshaya Polyanka a true rarity.
